Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your Basic or Pro subscription at any time from your account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription purchase, provided you have generated fewer than 20 images on the paid plan. Renewals and one-time top-ups are non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@dreammind.ai from the address linked to your account with your order ID and reason. We typically respond within 2 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Failed Payments

If a payment fails or is incorrectly charged, contact us immediately and we will investigate and reverse the charge if warranted.

6. Free Plan

The Free plan has no charges and therefore no refunds apply. You can stop using it at any time.
