1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using DreamMind AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to generate content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, defamatory, deceptive, or that infringes third-party rights. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.

4. Plans & Billing

New users get 25 free credits on signup plus 10 free credits every day. Paid plans (Basic ₹199/month for 250 credits, Pro ₹499/month for 700 credits) top up your balance each billing period. Yearly plans (Basic ₹1,999, Pro ₹5,499) add the same monthly credit slice every 30 days for 12 months. Each generation deducts credits based on the tool (image: 1 credit, video: 5 credits, stories/thumbnails/photo tools: 2–3 credits). You can also buy one-time credit top-ups anytime. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to the prompts you submit. Subject to compliance with these Terms, you may use generated images for personal use (Free plan) or commercial use (Basic and Pro plans). DreamMind AI retains rights to its platform, models and branding.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamMind AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
